I would like to acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, in particular the Wurunderjeri people of the Kulin Nation on whose land I am based, as the traditional Custodians of the land and I acknowledge their spiritual connection to land and waters and pay respect to their Elders, past, present and emerging for they hold the history, cultural traditions and hope of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people across Australia.
